Return unworn items within 7 days for sizing or defects.

Domestic Exchange

Exchanges are only for Domestic (Malaysia) purchases.

Original Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

At Just Slay Activewear, we strive to ensure every customer has the best shopping experience. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Innerwear / Undergarments
Socks
Promotional / Sale Items

To qualify for an exchange, all returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Just Slay Activewear reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

You received a defective item.
You received an incorrect item or the wrong size due to our error.

Please note:

Only one (1) exchange request is allowed per order.
Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and courier charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received by Just Slay Activewear.
Just Slay Activewear is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit.

How to Request an Exchange

Once your request has been approved:

Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Ship the parcel to the return address below using your preferred courier service.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.
Exchange orders will typically be dispatched within 5–10 working days, subject to stock availability.
